I needed all new siding, some roof repairs, new shutters and lights installed and I wanted to build a small front porch on the front as well. Brad guided us through the entire process with the insurance company including being here when the adjuster came. He made recommendations about the type and color of the shingle, made adjustments when the crew realized the air conditioner pad was on the old shingles by executing metal work around the platform, and cleaned up everything before leaving.
